Privacy policy

This policy explains how REVUP LLC ("REVUP", "we", "us") handles personal data on letsrevup.com and in the REVUP Content Platform, our software for planning, creating and publishing marketing content. It applies to visitors, to people who contact us, and to customers and their team members who use the platform.

Data we collect on this website

  • Contact and call requests. When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first name, last name, work email, phone number, company and any message you write. We use them only to reply and arrange a call.
  • Plateau Check. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose to email your results, your email app sends them to us like any other email.
  • Emails you send us. We keep them so we can reply and follow up.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no analytics tools that profile visitors.

Data we process in the REVUP Content Platform

Customers use the platform to describe their business and to create and publish content. To do that, we process:

  • Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), role, and optional two-factor authentication settings.
  • Business material you provide: company profile, website pages, documents, brand guidelines, product information, meeting transcripts and other files or links you choose to share.
  • Content: the posts, articles, emails, images and campaign plans created in the platform, with their approval and publishing history.
  • Connected channel data: when you connect a channel such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or an email platform, we receive an access token from that channel and the data needed for the features you use, such as your account or page name, posts we publish for you, and comments, messages or performance figures for those posts.
  • Usage and security records: sign-ins, actions taken in your workspace (an audit log) and AI usage, to keep the service secure and to show you what was done and by whom.

How connected channels work

We never ask for your social media passwords. You connect each channel by signing in on that channel's own page and approving the permissions shown there. The channel then gives the platform an access token, which we store encrypted.

  • We use channel data only to provide the features you use: publishing what you approve, showing comments and replies, and reporting results. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.
  • We publish only content that you or your team have approved or scheduled.
  • You can disconnect a channel at any time in the platform's settings, or by removing REVUP's access in that channel's own settings. When you disconnect, we delete the stored token.
  • Our use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use personal data

  • To answer enquiries and arrange calls.
  • To provide, secure and support the platform for our customers.
  • To generate content and recommendations from the material a customer provides, using AI services.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We process this data to take steps you ask for, to perform our contract with customers, for our legitimate interest in running and securing our services, and where required, with your consent.

AI processing

The platform uses AI models, currently provided by Anthropic, to read the material a customer provides and to draft content. That material is sent to the AI provider only to produce the result requested. Under our provider's commercial terms, it is not used to train their models. Customer material is kept separate per workspace and is not used to produce content for other customers.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Website hosting (Render) and platform hosting and storage (Microsoft Azure, United States).
  • Form delivery for the contact form (FormSubmit), which forwards your request to our inbox.
  • Email (Microsoft 365) for our correspondence.
  • AI processing (Anthropic) for content generation in the platform.
  • Channels and tools a customer chooses to connect, such as LinkedIn, Meta, email platforms, online stores or meeting tools, to carry out the actions the customer asks for.
  • Web fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of people and of REVUP.

How long we keep data

  • Contact requests and emails: as long as needed to handle the conversation and any business that follows, then deleted or archived.
  • Platform data: for as long as the customer's account is active. After an account is closed, we delete workspace data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
  • Access tokens: deleted when a channel is disconnected or the account is closed.
  • Server and security logs: kept for a limited period, typically up to 90 days.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest for stored credentials, access controls that keep each customer's workspace separate, optional two-factor authentication, and an audit log of actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, write to info@letsrevup.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a member of a customer's team, your organization controls the workspace. We will pass your request to them or handle it with them.

How to delete your data

You can delete data in three ways:

  1. Disconnect a channel: in the platform, open Settings, then Social platforms, and disconnect it. You can also remove REVUP's access from that channel's own settings (for example, on Facebook: Settings, then Apps and websites).
  2. Delete specific content or files: remove them in the platform, or ask us to.
  3. Delete your account and all its data: email info@letsrevup.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on the account. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell customers in the platform or by email before it applies.
