REVUP introduces the GTM Ecosystem
REVUP has launched its new website and, with it, the model behind our work: the GTM Ecosystem.
Most companies have a marketing plan, a sales plan and a handful of tools. Few have a system where those parts work together. Leads are lost between teams, reports disagree, and nobody can say which dollar produced which deal.
Six parts, one system
The GTM Ecosystem connects six parts:
- Market and offer: segments, ideal customer profile, value proposition and pricing.
- Marketing: a channel portfolio managed on pipeline, not activity.
- Business development: a BDR function built as a system of data, sequences, calls and qualification.
- Sales: stage gates with exit criteria and a forecast you can defend.
- Partners: alliances, channels and referrals run like any other source of pipeline.
- Customers: onboarding, health, expansion and referrals.
All of it runs through one revenue operations core: one CRM, one scorecard, one operating rhythm.
How clients work with us
There are no packages. Every engagement is scoped to the gap:
- A GTM assessment with findings and recommendations.
- Plans and builds for a single part, such as a BDR playbook or a partner program.
- Teams as a service, where we run business development or customer success for you.
- The full ecosystem, designed and run with your team.
Questions
What is the GTM Ecosystem?
It is how REVUP designs go-to-market. Marketing, business development, sales, partners and customers run as one system around a shared revenue operations core, built on a clear market and offer.
Do I have to buy the whole ecosystem?
No. Most clients start with one gap, such as a BDR function or a sales process, and add parts as results come in.
Where is your growth stuck?
Ten questions, three minutes. See which part of your go-to-market needs attention first.
